One-on-One Employee Fitness Evaluations:

  • 1 Hour/Person:  Encompasses analysis of strengths and weaknesses, goal setting, health risk appraisal, body fat testing, cardiovascular fitness analysis, and postural / movement analysis. 
  • .5 Hour/Person: Encompasses:  health risk appraisal, body fat testing, cardiovascular fitness analysis. 

Group-rate on-site personal training:

Special rate for 5 or more employees occupying a consecutive time chunk.  Please inquire.
